Optima, Rio, Soul And Forte Deliver High Levels Of Value To The Consumers

Kia Motors America has been named as a 2014 Brand Image Award Winner by Kelley Blue Book!

The “Best Value Brand” is a first for Kia, who received a high grade thanks to its stylish and fuel efficient vehicles.

The 2014 Kia Optima, Rio, Soul, and Forte compact car were all mentioned as vehicles that delivered a high level of value to the consumer.

Michael Sprague, executive vice president of sales and marketing, KMA, said that it was a real honor to receive the award, and was also proof at how hard Kia was working to continue delivering top quality cars at affordable prices.

Optima-CanadaHe went on to say that Kia was committed to bringing value to the customer in every category, from the compact Rio all the way up the K900 luxury sedan.

Great design and a host of features and amenities are what can always be expected from a Kia car, along with true affordability.

Arthur Henry, senior analyst for Kelley Blue Book, said that Kia has truly developed into a major player in the auto industry, He feels that they have matured from an economy brand into one that should now be viewed as a high-value brand.

He compared their growth to that which Honda and Toyota followed in the 1970’s.

Kia Edges Out Honda!

Kia was actually able to edge out Honda in this year’s awards.

Honda was not completely shut out, though, as they took the best everyman brand for a second consecutive year.

Ford took the prize for the best pickup truck, while Mercedes-Benz was able to walk away with the luxury award.

Honda also won the award for the most trusted brand. Kia, GMC, Mini, and Chevrolet took awards for value, refinement, performance, and styling, respectively, while Lexus, Buick, Porsche, and Jaguar all performed well in the luxury segment.
