Kia Sorento Sales Figures
Manufactured at Kia’s $1-billion Georgia (USA) plant, the Kia Sorento crossover vehicle has been a major success for the Kia brand in the USA.
Since its inaugural launch in 2010, the stylish 7-seat CUV has always been one of the top-selling Kia vehicles in the United States, with monthly sales constantly surpassing the 10,000 units mark.
The Sorento has become the very-first Kia vehicle in the USA that has surpassed the 100,000 sales mark in one year alone. It has also helped Kia Motors America to achieve double-digit sales growth during the most recent worldwide financial crisis. [Source: andc]
