Kia USA Announces July 2016 Sales Figures

Kia Motors America reveals July 2016 sales figures!

It was a great first half of the year for Kia Motors America, as they delivered their best sales performance ever.

The second half is off to a great start too, as July saw 59,969 units sold, a 6.5% increase over 2015.

There were a number of highlights to report, including best ever July sales for the Forte family and the Sportage compact CUV.

The Rio, Forte, and Sportage all enjoyed double digit gains over last year. Here is a full look at each Kia model and their sales numbers.

Rio* – 3,311 units in July 2016 versus 2,227 in 2015.

Forte* – 10,303 units in July 2016 versus 7,868 in 2015.

Optima – 9,780 units in July 2016 versus 12,638 in 2015.

Cadenza – 335 units in July 2016 versus 410 in 2015.

K900 – 61 units in July 2016 versus 480 in 2015.

Sportage* – 8,111 units in July 2016 versus 5,292 in 2015.

Sorento* – 9,854 units in July 2016 versus 9,749 in 2015.

Sedona* – 5,037 units in July 2016 versus 3,672 in 2015.

Soul – 13,157 units in July 2016 versus 13,975 in 2015.
