I was coming off a bad relationship with my 2007 Hyundai Accent. I had numerous problems with it ever since it was brand new. My 2004 Accent had only one small problem so that is why I purchased the 07. Anyway I had read some reviews on Souls because I really liked the looks of it. It looked like a funky little vehicle. Test driving it really made the decision to buy one a no brainer. My 2011 Soul 2U is red with really nice wheels. It is a headturner for sure. I have had no problems with it and being a former Automotive Service Technician I don’t forsee any problems. I just love driving this car. The sound system is pretty good even with it not being the top of the line system. Anyway that is my take on this funky little car.

It gets around in snow really good for what it is. I was blown away by its performance in snow. Much better than the Forte!

A comment about your fuel economy – All new cars have this same problem, and you will get to where the estimates are by about 10,000 kms. Very common problem. Great review!

Your use of vinlengravers pictures almost brought a tear to my eye. His review is genius and his car what I think Kia was going for when they marketed it as “make it your own”. Truely head turning and stylish without being cheesy or over done!
