The Soul crossover is the most anticipated new Kia vehicle ever and once released, the Soul is to woo the youth market with it’s funky style and budget friendly price. Kia wants to inspire passion in young car buyers, and this is the car that represents it’s roadmap to success.
The original Soul was first shown back in 2006 and was designed jointly by Kia’s Californian and Korean design studios, but the final production model was penned by Kia’s new head design Peter Schreyer and his European design team.
Kia Motors already announced to show the Soul for the first time at the upcoming Paris Auto Show, which kicks of on October the 2nd, and with the show just around the corner, more and more official Soul shots surface to the web. The latest in a series of the images really shows the Soul in all it’s glory!…Enough said, let these pictures speak for itself.

Nothing like red inside your glovebox. Nice way to cheer you up while you’re reaching for your registration and insurance because you got pulled over for speeding because you thought you were so cool. Kia has some really deep thinkers.

This would make a perfect get away car. it’s hard for people to really say what it looks like or what it is. For example, if you were to rob a bank with this and witnesses would have a hard time describing what their get away vehicle looked like. They could get the color but the word Kia would be the last thing on the average witness’s mind.

Joshy: I think it’s orange-red color. At first I thought the color changes, but after some more research it became clear that the red light does not change it’s color, but flashes with the beat of music.

Just to have those orange-ey red LED lights flash with the music would be pretty cool on the sides of your Soul, eh?

How do you find the interior?
I think it’s very simple but attractive at the same time. Especially in a two color tone.

It looks like higher quality materials than Kia has used before.

i’d be happy with a gunmetal gray color with a silver dragon decal and a tan/terracotta/saddle brown and black interior, which of course isnt available… :’( that red is waaaaay too bright and ricey for me.

Gunmetal gray is William’s Kia’s nickname for the color on the gray Optima. I call the gray EX V6 with spoiler “rally ready gray” Soul would look really good with that color!
