This video is from Poland (EU) where they have a Picanto cup. But there is also another Pica. cup in Spain as far as I know.

In Poland it is a cup serie, on track! Spain have a Rallye serie!! But its not easy to find any informations about the races, “drivers, cars, league´s” nothing in english!!!
